WATCH: Multiple fire companies battling massive tire fire at Plumstead scrap metal recycler

WATCH: Multiple fire companies battling massive tire fire at Plumstead scrap metal recycler

Numerous fire companies from Bucks County and one from New Jersey are on scene of a massive rubbish and tire fire at a Plumstead Township scrap metal recycler on Easton Road in Wednesday afternoon.

Easton Road is shut down due to the blaze at 611 Metals Recycling at 6776 Easton Road. Avoid the area. Traffic is diverted down Routes 413 and 611. Rescue of the week: Muppet, a 2-year-old parti poodle

Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Muppet, a 2-year-old parti poodle, as the featured rescue of the week. Muppet came from a puppy mill in Lancaster before he made his way to his current foster home in Warminster, through Home At Last Dog Rescue. 


Muppet is a very sweet dog who loves meeting new people. He gets along very well with other dogs and children. When he’s not lounging on the couch enjoying chest rubs, he likes going for brisk walks. Muppet is also a smart pup, eager to learn new tricks. He is both house- and crate-trained, and would make a great addition to almost any household.
